Montague, MA: Second phase of renovation project.
A small addition was added to enlarge the existing dining room, and to open the interior to the view. A large, thermally efficient triple-glazed window was added on long wall, with two smaller casements added to size walls. These allow ample natural light to stream in while providing improved ventilation.
A built-in bench and bookshelves were also added.
The exterior wall was finished to match the earlier renovation.
